A Grief Journey · 4 Sessions · Starting Monday, April 27 ·

27 april 2026
Grief is not only what we feel when someone dies. It can also be the quiet heaviness of living in a world that moves too fast to feel — the sorrow for what has been lost to disconnection, global crises, or the parts of ourselves that were never fully met with love.
This spring, we invite you into a small and intimate grief circle where you don’t have to carry these feelings alone. This space is not about fixing grief, but about learning how to meet it — with honesty, compassion, and community.
Across four sessions, we explore different dimensions of grief — personal, collective, and inherited — through somatic practices, reflection, ritual, and communal witnessing.
The journey
Session 1: Building the container — exploring your relationship with grief
Session 2: Widening the lens — personal and collective grief
Session 3: Descent & witnessing — a ritual space for grief to move
Session 4: Integration — returning to everyday life with deeper connection
