Somatic Therapist & Coach ▪ Leadership & Team Coach ▪ Compassionate Inquiry Practitioner ▪ Expat Support
I’m an internationally practicing somatic therapist, coach, and facilitator dedicated to helping people reconnect with the innate wisdom of their bodies. As the saying goes, the body keeps the score—and I support clients in healing from trauma and unhelpful coping patterns so they can move toward authenticity and vitality, wherever they are in the world.
Earlier in my career, I spent over a decade leading teams and managing high-impact projects as a Client Relations Director and Change Coach in agency and corporate environments. Alongside that work, I mentored individuals in professional growth, helping them align their careers with their deeper values and integrity.
Over time, I began to see—both in others and in myself—how disconnection, stress, and a lack of compassion can ripple through organizations, leading to burnout and disengagement. That awareness inspired me to make a shift: I left the corporate world to devote myself to the healing arts, grounded in embodiment and trauma-informed approaches.
I spent several years studying under Dr. Gabor Maté and his team, and today I integrate his method of Compassionate Inquiry with Somatic and Embodiment practices and Movement Therapy. My intention is to create safe, grounded experiences where your nervous system can gently access the often-hidden wisdom held in the body—not only in memory or thought, but through felt experience.
My clients come from many walks of life—professionals, parents, leaders, and expats, as well as people healing from trauma, addiction, burnout, or navigating relational and existential questions. I meet each person exactly where they are, honoring their unique pace and experience. Having lived across cultures (from Los Angeles to Belgium), I hold a deep understanding of what it means to navigate identity, change, and belonging.
